Twins (and more)

When you are carrying more than one baby your ‘bump’ will be larger. This is only one of the factors affecting PGP and, as with other mothers, you should seek the appropriate treatment to make sure your pelvis stays in a good alignment, and the same general guidelines for managing pain and reduced mobility apply. We can also put you in touch with other mothers who have had multiple pregnancies, and there are organisations such as Tamba(Twins & Multiple Births Association) which can also give lots of advice and support about all stages of pregnancy, birth and parenting.
