If you are experiencing PGP, please know you are not alone.

We have a range of different support services available to women and birthing people, and their family and friends.

Pelvic Partnership Facebook Support Group

Moderated by our frontline volunteers, this is a closed group for women experiencing PGP to connect with other women with PGP, to support one another and share tips and information about managing their pain and getting treatment.

It was established in 2019 and has gone from strength to strength, offering support to many women across the UK and overseas.

This support service is also run by our amazing volunteers to support women and birthing people with PGP and their friends and family. It is a valuable service for those who want to talk through their personal experience 1:1.

You can call and leave a message on 01235 820921 and then one of our volunteer team will call you back.
