PGP is treatable!

As soon as your symptoms start, please try to get hands-on individualised treatment, including manual therapy, from a physiotherapist, an osteopath or a chiropractor.

You can get a referral for NHS physiotherapy from your GP or midwife.

If you are able to pay for private treatment, please check out our list of recommended practitioners to see a manual therapist that has been recommended to us by at least two other women after successful treatment of their PGP.
