Olta is one of our brilliant volunteers who has created some helpful content for our Insta account and has been proactive in sharing ideas in our social media steering group. She is also one of our peer support volunteers, moderating the Facebook support group. 

She loves painting, writing and has a passion for languages as well as helping others.

Olta has lived experience of pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and is passionate about supporting the Pelvic Partnership.
